Struggling with certain poses during a Vinyasa or Ashtanga class? In this workshop we’ll focus on asana techniques that will help you to flow through your practice! Two hours in which we’ll take a closer look at some of the asana’s that are usually part of a Vinyasa class.
We’ll use wall practices and props to help you feel & understand the asana’s better.
