About yoga

Doing yoga is a perfect way to improve your mental and physical health in a pleasant and relaxed way. By practising yoga you will notice that you become more balanced and aware of yourself. This will enrich your live in many ways. 

De Yoga Tempel offers many different types of yoga: Ashtanga, Vinyasa (power), Hatha, Yin-Yang, Yin, Restorative and Critical Alignement. Through relativily easy to learn techniques yoga will not only get you into shape physically, but will also cleanse and stimulate your energetic body.

The good thing about yoga is that everybody can practice it. It’s not important how strong or flexible you are. You yourself decide (with our assistance) on what level you practice yoga, by adjusting the postures to your own preference.

You can start in a pleasant and safe way and get the know the different forms and teachers by following the Introduction Program.

If you are a beginner we recommend it.

You can also start in a regular class, you can do yoga on your own level and the teacher will assist you. you can book a class on the schedule. If you need any help let us know!
