Our aim is to improve your health through yoga, in a safe, fun and relaxed way. Yoga teaches you how to be balanced: you relax through being active. Our yoga lessons are suitable for everybody: we offer lessons for beginners, but also for advanced practitioners.
The different yoga lessons you can choose from: Poweryoga, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin-Yang, Yin yoga and Teenage yoga.
We also offer meditation lessons, company yoga, and private yoga lessons (at home or in De Yoga Tempel).

Yoga is the a very good way to improve your health in a pleasant, relaxed way. By practising yoga you will notice that you feel better, both physically and mentally.
De Yoga Tempel offers differents types of yoga: Ashtanga, Power-, Iyengar Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. These forms of yoga are centered on a series of flowing, but strenuous postures. Through relativily easy to learn techniques yoga will not only get you into shape physically, but will also cleanse and stimulate your energetic body.
The good thing about yoga is that everybody can practice it. It’s not important how strong or flexible you are. You yourself decide (with our assistance) on what level you practice yoga, by adjusting the postures to your own preference.

We at De Yoga Tempel stand for a personal, individual approach and a safe place to practise and learn. All our teachers are certified yoga teachers, and keep their skills up to date by following courses and studies. In our group lessons we keep a focus on the individual, by assisting everyone on their own level with postures, and by checking possible physical problems.
Founder of De Yoga Tempel is Micha van der Klis(1968), father of Noah. After working for years in sales- and other commercial functions, and a subsequent burn-out in combination with an addiction, he decided to radically change his life. After successfully following different studies, for example meditation, NLP Coaching and Family Constellations, he studied for and graduated as yoga teacher.
At De Yoga Tempel he hopes to use his positive life experiences to help others improve their health and their lifes.
