Start doing yoga

De Yoga Tempel offers a wide variety of yoga classes; every day of the week by experienced and inspired teachers.

Try the different forms en get to know the teachers who will help you during class and guide you to find the form(s) you like best.

You can choose:

One month of unlimited classes and a introduction workshop of 2 hours for €49,-.

No introduction needed? Take one month of unlimited classes  for € 39,- or 2 try out classes for € 16,- (except pregnancy yoga).

You can already start the month of trial classes and participate at a later time in the introduction workshop. You don’t have to wait.

Almost all of our teachers have a minimum of 500 ours education and 5 years of teaching experience.

You don’t need to sign up for a regular class in advance, come and join us!

We send you a confirmation when we receive your payment with addiotional information.

If you sign up for a membership after the trial month you don’t pay an entrance fee.

The Introduction workshop:

The Introduction workshop is taught by 2 experienced teachers. There is a maximum of 14 students so there is enough room to answer all the questions you might have.

What will you learn?

  • What is yoga is and how can it help you?
  • Explanation about the different forms of yoga
  • Basic breathing techniques
  • The sun salutations
  • To move safely and how in the postures (asana’s)
  • Standing asana’s for focus, balance and strength
  • Back bends to improve the flexibilty of your spine and improve your energy
  • Sitting asana’s for flexibility and relaxation
  • Relaxing ending asana’s and the proper way to sit in a meditation pose
