I came into contact with yoga during an internship in New Zealand. For the first time in a long time I could feel my body and allow emotions.
Through the practice of yoga I have come closer to myself and I have been able to process difficult emotions and I have learned healthy patterns.
I have practiced and studied different yoga styles in both the quiet yin and the more active yang forms. With this I experience more balance, strength, relaxation and orientation in myself and in my life.
I feel incredibly grateful for everything I have experienced in my own practice and I love to pass this on to people who benefit from it, so that they can experience it in their own way.
