Hatha Yoga

We teach Hatha as a practice of strength — of body, focus, and self-belief.
We begin in meditation, then move through warm-ups, sun salutations, and a full sequence of backbends, forward folds, twists, balances, and inversions — including headstands and wheel poses, plus plenty of strong, muscle-building asanas.

Each class is strong, traditional, and personal — but don’t worry, there’s always a variation for newcomers! I guide you with encouragement and a little fun along the way, so you can explore your own edge safely and confidently.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, powerful, and more connected to your body than ever.
This class is perfect for yogis ready to build strength, deepen flexibility, and playfully challenge themselves — all while having fun on the mat.
