Rosie Koren

For over 25 years, I have been guiding students in connecting to their bodies, breath, and awareness through Yoga and Pilates.

With roots in Ashtanga Yoga, I also teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as well as Classical and Modern Pilates. I specialize in working with prenatal and postnatal women and older adults, honoring the body’s evolving needs at every stage of life.

I believe students should feel truly in control of their bodies — physically and emotionally. Through precise movement and conscious breathing, we build strength, stability, and resilience. Movement is essential for preventing illness and maintaining vitality — because movement is life.

For me, teaching is a spiritual calling. The connection to body, earth, and community is at the heart of my work, and these values are reflected in every class I teach. It is a privilege and a joy to support my students in living healthier, more balanced, and more vibrant lives.
