Sabine Rosema

I’m a yoga teacher, goldsmith, and singer. After experiencing chronic illness at a young age, I became deeply interested in the body: regulating my nervous system, developing greater body awareness, balancing my hormones, observing thoughts and sensations with detachment, and exploring many other tools.

Yoga became both a sanctuary and a teacher, allowing me to explore these tools in depth.
I believe healing starts with bringing conscious awareness to the body — “You have to feel it to heal it.” By following my body’s wisdom as a guide, I not only overcame my health challenges but also rediscovered my passions and joy for life.

Now, after more than 10 years of practicing and studying yoga, I love helping people feel freer and more aligned in their own bodies.

I am trained in several yoga styles and somatic modalities, including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, and Nervous system recovery. During my in-depth Vinyasa training, I also studied the basis of Sanskrit and the practice of chanting, or mantra singing. Chanting has become a daily practice for me, and I love incorporating it into my classes to ground, uplift, and bring clarity.

My deepest wish is for people to experience a sense of wholeness and alignment in their body, mind, and heart.
